As a Resident of Liverpool, all my life (60) years and a Film maker aswel. Im really critical of films a TV programmes coming from the city .

I've been involved with Dramas Documentaries and Music videos / films from the city for 40 years, But, Our kid Was and is one of the best Independent films to come out of Liverpool in many, many years. It had everything, Drama, Tragedy, Comedy, The Story was Brilliant... Emotions ran high watching various parts of the film..The quality of Acting was !st Class from established Stars and actors to new up and coming stars.

The subject matter was fitting and story told well.

Weather your from Liverpool or anywhere else, this film reflects families throughout the country and the World.
