How is the rating between octane levels determined? I heard that there are two different ways to make the determination. Can two different stations have the same octane rating and still be different because of additives. Does the difference in octane levels make a difference in horsepower? I would like to see a program discussing octane ratings of 85 on up. I am an 81 year old retired truck driver and I do really enjoy the program. Is there a possibility of having a program that talks about increasing power in a four cylinder and a six cylinder? There has to be some ways of accomplishing something similar to an eight cylinder.
