This is by far my first and the only anime in life span of 25 years and I am extremely happy to share the fact that I started my anime watching innings with this sweet anime filled with deadly dose of cuteness and fun
As th anime keeps its viewers in light mood since beginning till the climax with pinch of emotional scenes in few starting episodes
The best character which I loved is Kotaro and his Ni-chan Ryuichi and there bonding along with all the cute baby characters who are Taka , Takuma , Kazuma , Midori and others respectively
Looking forward to search and witness some more heartwarming and beautiful anime of such kind.
As a big brother, I connected deeply with this anime. It's a beautiful portrayal of siblinghood, capturing the ups and downs perfectly. Kotarou's antics had me laughing out loud, and his curiosity is infectious! The bond between him and Ryuuichi is heartwarming, and I loved how the anime explores their relationship. No romance, but the characters are lovable and well-developed, making it easy to get invested in their stories. Moments had me feeling emotional, like when Kotarou struggled, and I felt pain for him as a big brother. But the anime always gives hope and a satisfying conclusion. The animation is cute, and the music is catchy. A must-watch for slice-of-life fans and those with younger siblings! It's a reminder to appreciate the little things in life and cherish our relationships.
A very cute anime with many toddlers as major characters. Each arc/episode talks about their perspectives, how they get into tricky situations and those situations' impact on them. Each story has been told beautifully. You can literally feel the innocence of those children. Even the babysitters, Ryuichi and Usaida, and the kids' parents are funny and adorable at the same time. Maria Inomata's tsundere character too fits in the storyline very well. Same goes for Hayato Kamitani's kuudere character. However, his character looks bit unexplored in the series. It seems his father's character was purposely removed in the anime version. The chairwoman and her butler Saikawa's presence is also felt. Saikawa would remind you of Kuroshitsuji's Sebastian. Like him, Saikawa too is 'one hell of a butler!'
Yes, I recommend this anime but don't blame me if you start longing for babies after watching this.

Wow, this anime really melts your heart with cute and wholesome moments with life lessons as extra baggage. If you want a heartwarming anime then this is the one.
The story is about two brothers Ryuuichi and Kotarou who just lost their parents in a plane crash, a stern chairwoman of an elite school who also lost her son and daughter in law in the same plane crash decided to take care of the two brothers who had nowhere else to go. In return, Ryuuichi had to take her off the babysitters club who had no club members and only one caretaker. He already had experience taking care of the kids as he took care of his brother Kotarou when their parents were on tour most of the time. Ryuuichi now goes to this new school in an unknown town with a job of taking care of his brother and the other kids in his spare time.
This anime had amazing voice actors, great animation, great life lessons. The storytelling was not linear they just showed us wholesome moments in their life with a very subtle life story in the background. The atmosphere was always heartwarming, got some great characters, this is a happy anime.

I figured I'd leave a review for Gakuen Babysitters even though I don't write reviews very frequently or at all. This show brought back a lot of those memories. The behavior and stereotypes of Japanese toddlers are really very accurate. Since rules and regulations are significantly more lenient in Japan than they are, say, in Indonesia, this animation provided a reasonably accurate depiction of daycare life in Japan. However, it's possible that the head teacher's excessive slumber is overstated.
I would suggest it to anyone working in child care; lots of interesting oddities and related subjects.
