Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san

This show is brilliant! I couldn't stay one second without fangirling whenever Nishikata blushed (or Takagi-san, sometimes), I am soooo sad that this show ended! It is a show for anime fans that like romance mixed with comedy! It's worth it!

I had just finished watching this anime yesterday and I have to say it is very cute and fun to watch. Honestly I am usually not really into normal school life type of animes unless if they are something like Charlotte, Angel Beats or Aldnoah Zero (any SciFI) or action animes which are based at school) but after watch this i am very impressed.

This anime is about a young boy by the anime of Nisikata who is always getting teased by this girl called Takagi and Niskata always tries to get her back but fails miserably. As the show moves on we get to explore the deep side of their relationship. There is also a few segments where they focus on three girls by the name of Yukari, Mina and Sanae.

The anime may get a little bit repetitive at times but it definitely no where near boring because just like Yo Kai Watch in some ways there are normally a few segments of the show to keep it interesting and it doesn't always focus on one character to become reliant on the whole. Which is a good sign.

In terms of voice acting for the dub I think it is very good although, there has been controversy going one about their voices sounding deep/mature for their age but in my opinion their voices aren't that bad bare in mind the characters are like 13/14 and normally kids voices do get deeper mainly boys as they get older. Honestly, I watch all of my anime's in english and to me this was normal it at least it is better then having high and annoying voices. It doesn't matter which side it's exactly the same thing it's just pointless and idiotic comparing both languages at the end of the say. However, I did watch an episode in subbed and I honestly, thought the voices sounded too young.

There is an upcoming OVA which will come out in somewhere in July but that might not have much of an effect on the ending. I might be the odd one out but I actually hope there is a second season because since the manga seems to be ongoing there is plenty of room for more episodes.

As an overall the anime was fun to watch and sometimes sad especially the last two episode. ***No Spoilers***

If you want to watch something which is very cute, has no swearing but still has few mature themes I would recomand this anime.

It's insanely cute and funny. So funny and sweet and wholesome. I would dare to say that among slice of life's and romance shows, this is one of a kind. You won't experience anything else like it. It's not a show you can just watch in the background. You'll be glued to the screen.

It is somewhat short and simple, as people have said, but for what it was, it's definitely a 10. It may not be your favorite or your top 10, but you will be so happy you watched it. So good that I had to write a review about it.

I've seen all of the best animes and a large handful of romance/comedies. Trust me, this one stands out. Don't worry about the rating. Please do yourself this favor. I'm honestly the most picky watcher. This is a must-see. Period.
