Good acting, premise, and well shot. And the opening credits were pretty cool. A few of the scenes seemed improved, which some viewers may appreciate, although the scenes were a bit too obvious in their improv. And the score, while good, was VERY hot, unsure why. However, there was some genuine tension in a few of the scenes, and that tension served the story well, especially when the story slowed. All in all, an excellent example of what passionate film makers can accomplished when armed with a low budget, but an abundance of talent!

I so wanted this movie to turn out better. The idea is good, and the actors chosen for the characters seem appropriate, but this did not unfold into anything substantial. I kept expecting something would happen to escalate the emotion, but it's just "blah"....

I didn't really care for the story but I didn't think it was that horrible.

I didn't really see much more here than a slightly ...just barely....below average film.

Pretty good movie that will hold your interest. However, the three main characters are as dumb as a box of rocks. In every situation, they make the wrong decision. They have many opportunities to help their situation but struggle to do so. It's frustrating in that sense, but still a good watch.

No logic in this movie....and Eagle main actor is stupid as dumb that s why he end up in prison before no wonder ...smh

Did not see this one coming. A good indie flick with a great story and good acting, This film is a wonderfully told story about three guys who grapple with the dilemma of what to do when they find a body. All the characters have interesting backstories that make this decision a difficult one, The acting style is loose and it works well, feeling fresh and alive.

We found ourselves, as we watched, wondering what we would do if faced with the same circumstances. For that reason alone, worth a watch.

Nice well assured visual style and solid acting bouy this indie movie. It looks and sounds great. (well the score is mixed a bit too loud and sometime felt like it belongs in a different movie) The set up and story is cool. Pals discover a dead body and decide not to tell the fuzz. Arguments and thrills ensue. I'm a sucker for neo-noir, but many scenes go on a bit too long. The opening Tarantino lite conversation about genesis is especially rough. That said, there are bits of gold throughout and it really picks up in the third act (which I won't spoil here) I just wish the first 2/3's had more of that same kind of energy.

The director is very good with actors, shot selection and staging. I expect we'll be seeing more from him in the future. and special props to gal playing the body. That's a tough gig.

If you dig well-put together noirs, give it a day court. The last 15 mins or so are definitely worth it.

Silent Panic has a scary premise, an interesting cast and quite a bit of suspense. Some of the scenes felt overly long and had an improvised feel but I did find the actors to be interesting to watch as they navigated their predicament. Speaking of the cast, Constance Brenneman was my personal favorite; I enjoyed all of her scenes. Plus, I bought the chemistry between the trio of friends. The film held my attention and made me wonder what was going to happen next. It was great slow burn viewing for a stormy night.

Can't believe I actually finished this movie. Only good scenes were the first and the last. I loved the concept. Don't really think it's been done before. But wow.. Holy $#1+..Truly a horrible movie.. Really hope someone does a better version.

The premise of the story sounded pretty good and i was interested so i gave this a watch. Right off the bat the acting is poor! This movie is a lot like a school film project at best. Picture three students in the 12th grade making a film about finding a body in the trunk and you have this film. I simply do NOT understand how it is so difficult to come up with a idea/concept for a film and make it as believable as possible and have decent actors? It is not like it has never been done before! and they had the budget here so there is no excuse! This film is a lose from all angles and has no saving grace in it at all except the credits because then you know it is over! Best part of this film hands down!

Watch "Jindabyne" for a similar story done better.

I enjoyed this, it has a fascinating concept at its center - what would you do if you discovered a dead body, and didn't know what to do without looking as if you're guilty? This was a well made suspense film, sparse and tense.

Silent Panic is the perfect title for this film. It's the perfect combo of slow burner and thriller. The story has all the tense edge of your seat moments of a thriller along with the progressively louder ping of impending fate that we all love in a good slow burner. Without giving too much away about the story, I thought the writers/filmmakers did a great job at capturing the feel of what it must be like to be thrown into a situation that you have no control over that could spin out of control at any moment. Beyond story, as far as technical aspects go, the film looks great. It's a well shot film. Silent Panic is a great indie flick that's definitely worth a look.

I have watched a lot of movies lately and Silent Panic is the best premise for film I've seen. With in a couple of minutes of the start the viewer is hooked into the story. You have to keep asking yourself, "what would you do". It is amazing to watch how one bad decision can ripple and flow into some many peoples lives.

What would you do if you found a dead body in your trunk? Love this concept! The acting is on point. The music and cinematography elevate the storytelling. The suspense had me engrossed!

But I was wrong. This was a really engrossing film with strong characterizations executed by decent actors. This low budget film portrayed a credible but difficult situation. The ending left no loose strings.

A suspense thriller about three buddies who go camping and have to deal with a dead body they find in their trunk, this story mainly follows how their relationship is tested, going into their respective back stories. You might find yourself yelling at the characters for making dumb decisions, but this is what I find enjoyable about this genre, how it exposes human weaknesses we all have. Nice.

Silent Panic is one of those movies where you can't help but put yourself in the shoes of the characters and ponder what you would have done in a tricky situation such as this. Really cool and tense thriller !
