The House In Fata Morgana is a fantastic visual novel that tells tragic stories that happened within the cursed mansion.
At the begining of the story you are in the mansion placed beyond reality. After meeting the Maid, the servant of the house, she invites you to recollect your memories by taking a look at different tragedies that happened inside the mansion.
In terms of plot and concept, you are unlikely to find a piece of fiction that is as well thought out and fleshed out as Fata Morgana. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be immersed in a world, even as tragic as the one shown in Fata Morgana
The visual novel mainly looks into human tragedies, hatred, misfortunes of others, but also true understanding, love and commitment
The main characters of Fata Morgana are some of the most detailed, well realized and overall best characters you'll ever experience. Thats because the medium of visual novels allows you to enter the mindset of a character and know every thought they have in the course of a story.
Now, with many visual novels, Fata Morgana relies on its gameplay the least, with it only amounting to pressing a button to read the next text and a couple choices here and there. Do NOT enter this story expecting good gameplay, just like with any other visual novel.
Music and OST of Fata Morgana is THEE best I have ever experienced, creating the best atmosphere I have ever came across. To anyone that wants to play Fata Morgana, PLEASE play with the music on.
All in all, The House In Fata Morgana has some of the best chatacters, plots, OSTs, concepts and stories you'll ever see and I encourage anyone to play it.

Incredibly good visual novel but criminally underappreciated! The storyline is honestly great along with the beautiful soundtrack and CGs and leaves you completely invested in the story. I'd say this is a must-read for those who enjoy visual novels.
The House In Fata Morgana is an incredibly underrated masterpiece, a heart-wrenching tragic romance that leaves no one indifferent. It aligns more closely with Shakespearean masterpieces than with ordinary visual novels.
The writing is extraordinary, with each sentence meticulously crafted, giving the impression of perpetual poetry. The divine music, worthy of the greatest classical pieces, perfectly complements the visual art, where each image and drawing is a true work of art. The characters are beautifully developed, and the gothic and archangelic style of the work, so rare yet so sublime, adds unparalleled depth.
If I had to find a flaw, a few parts of the storyline, though rare, seemed somewhat disjointed or below par, whether on a global scale or within individual chapters. Some of the dialogue also felt overly long at times. However, this does not detract from the greatness of this visual novel, which is a time investment but, in my opinion, absolutely essential for any media enthusiast.
I have explored thousands of media in my life. The House In Fata Morgana is the only one that has literally given me chills. I place it without hesitation alongside major works of fiction like Berserk or Vagabond.
99/100.
