The bet was that Jonathan Morrill could produce the worst motion picture, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of money. It is rumored that the budget was $100, and that $40 went towards alcohol, another $40 went towards marijuana, and the remaining $20 went towards VHS tape stock.
