In ancient times, in a village inhabited by a demon named Delhab, Saad the physician finds that a girl was killed after being raped and her spirit returned to curse the village and take revenge.

In an undefined time but one of the ancient times in one of the kafrs, which is located in an enchanted village called "Kafr Delhab". This village has a big problem. In this village women have abortions and no newborns are born. Another problem is that a small girl has been possessed by an evil jinn. The people of the village try to find a solution to this problem because it may lead to the destruction of the village. The village enters into great chaos. People are possessed by jinns and say a woman appears to them and says she wants revenge. The woman was killed and sexually assaulted. Her spirit returned to take revenge on the village until a doctor travels to that village. Dr. Saad was sought help to find her killers. After that, it becomes clear to us that all of this was planned by Doctor Saad in revenge for the death of his mother. Whose death was caused by his uncle Bahaa Al-Din Katkhoda, and during these events it becomes clear that Saad's name is Shihab Al-Din Katkhoda, Bahaa Al-Din Katkhoda's nephew, who was thought to be dead, but he hid his identity and returned to take revenge on him for the killing of his father and mother. At the end he revealed that he has sold his sole to the devil and has tricked his sister "Hind" into thinking he is a good person trying to save the village. In the last scene he gives the choice to "Hind" to continue following him or stop but because she thinks it is too late she walks after him which signals she chose to continue following him.
