What we thought was going to be the habitual family story turned out to be something above and beyond
DELICIOUS
-The film provided us with a great illustration of the nuclear family trapped in a fast-paced environment. Elango and Jessy were overworking themselves and chasing dreams while struggling to raise their children.
What made Aan Devathai unique was the way the character Elango. He was unlike any husband or father we've ever seen in Tamil cinema.
He was a sensible and responsible man, meek and lowly, gentle and respectful with his wife and children, and didn't display any macho characteristics.
He kept his strength under control.
-Aan Devathai was no fairy-tale story. We saw hardships, humiliation, temptation, and pride. We were educated at every level thanks to the strong dialogues.
-Acting was effortless between Elango and his daughter
-Location team selected great places to show us the family's transition from humble beginnings to wealth
-Vijay Milton did a good job featuring diverse camera angles to influence our moods
-The narrative had fluent transitions between the past and present scenes. Seeing Elango move from one area to another with his daughter to find shelter made the story look real. We felt for him...
The movie spotlighted many themes such as kindness, dignity, and contentment
BLAND
---Dubbing suffered a bit and Ramya Pandian rendered an okay performance.

Good Movie. As usual Samuthirakani rocked by his performance. Everybody acted very well in the movie especially the kids acting was excellent. Songs were not so good but BGM in the movie was so good. The movie has a good message but the movie does not have a new story. The movie did not bored much. Good Movie.
