Dark tale of an ambitious caregiver Seon-a Kim (Park Bok Ja) who rises to become the wife of a successful company owner and takes over the company and sells it. The series begins with the murder of the caregiver and through the 20 episodes we see what led to her untimely demise. The children are overall selfish cold people only interested in their inheritance and it is difficult to feel sympathy for them losing everything. The one exception to this is the owners stunningly beautiful step daughter Hee-Seon Kim (Wo Ah Jin) who whilst dealing with her cheating husband holds the fractured family together. It is an enjoyable series, well acted and entertaining which is paced excellently at 20 episodes.

A K-Drama where the victim dies in the first scene and then 20 episodes to find out who the culprit was. Practically every character is shown to have motivation to be the killer. Kee Hee-seon and Kim Seon-a, both carry the story along really well, but a fault with the majority of K-Dramas, there's always one or more characters that just over acts and Western viewers would never put up with it, so it's Jang Sang-hoon, who is the culprit, just so not keeping with rest of the story/plot. Even the child actor, played her part really well, Some regulars of K-Drama took part, JeonSoo-kyeong, and the lady running an illegal kitchen and the head of the family, names escape me.

Made in 2017 but still worth a look if you've aquired the taste of K-Dramas.

I really enjoyed this Korean series, it is very well acted especially by the two major characters.

Really really worth the watch .. great acting by kim sun a or kim seon ah ... fast paced and never boring the series shows human nature on many levels not always good or bad .. but complex and many faceted.. just human .. the best character is the complex park bok ja .. it was the most real of all but some interesting other substories showing typical situations seen from many views which in a way what life is all about ... each of us is a different person in the minds of those we deal with ... in each mind we are a totally different reality ... this series' highlight is the ability to see and present this quite well while not taking itself too seriously ... and remaining entertaining and light most of the time .. i highly recommend it.
