Honey is a classic school life manga based film. You get the innicent girl, the missunderstood boy, and their love story as they are struggling to be together. This one adds more to it, with the girl being in love with the man who raised her after her parents died. Plus, we get the local gang who are trying to hurt the lead and in order to get to him, they use his friends and our girl. So, overall, if you like shoujo adaptions than you are going to like this one, as it was well made and the performances were really good. Also, the couple had chemistry.

I liked it. Just the right mix of drama and romance. It's a typical shoujo movie, so there aren't any surprises storywise, but this one is well paced and it never gets boring. Maybe the story is a little bit too perfect in a fairy tale type of way, but that's okay for this genre.
