Intriguing Short

In my opinion, this is the sort of idea that is perfectly suited to a short film.

As Kirplanuscus says, it works more on a poetic, metaphorical level. Of course, anyone looking for literal or realistic explanations of what is happening is going to be disappointed.

I'm not so sure the ending works, but the falling through the air towards the ground gave it a natural, dramatic urgency.

It's also a great looking film, and the music and wordless performances were very effective.

Headline says it all. If they really wanted this to work, an explanation is necessary. Don't think about this before or after because either way it won't make sense.

A film about life or, more exactly, precise definition of it. A man and a woman, a sort of reconstructed airplane and the fall. Hard effort to save the life of the other and the self sacrifice. Simple and precise, wise use of specia effects and impressive result. Poetic in profound sense because it reminds a basic, fundamental truth. So, just useful.
