A casa dei Loud: Il film

Honestly, this was like coming back to the first season ... which shouldn't be a problem, if only we didn't have other 4 season that showed some character growth, and above all clearly established that ALL the Louds, and not just Lincoln, were equally important characters

I mean, the show is called THE LOUD HOUSE, right?

And yet, the sisters here are really nothing more than bland side characters, while Lincoln ... Really?

We're back to "I'm the only boy, I feel useless, my sisters get all the attention ..."

Come on, I thought we were way beyond that now, Lincoln has already dealt with that and he doesn't suffer from inferiority complex anymore!

I wish the movie showed us something more original

The story could be interesting, but It was Just too simple and they didn't use the right elements.

Also, I wasn't really a fan of the songs, I don't think they suit the show's style (yes, I know they used them sometimes, but they were more "justified", since there was a reason they were sung, not like in a Disney movie).

Also, what's with the fantasy elements? A dragon, ghosts?! This is not what I expect from THE LOUD HOUSE, frankly.

Really, this is an inoffensive, but also pointless movie, that could've bene studied better.

Stick with the show and it will be enough.

Making a film out of a series with hundreds of episodes, based on the day-to-day life of a family, is always a major development challenge. Because in the end you are faced with what the viewer is looking for: to make a normal but very long episode? Or do you want to do something radically different from what your audience is used to and separate yourself as much as possible from the tone of the series? The answer is complex, but I'm more in favor of the film, by its very nature, being a work as different as possible from the series. Keeping characters and tone, but with a completely different narrative structure. That's what happened with the Simpsons movie at the time and that's what they've done with "Loud House". And even though I'm not very knowledgeable about the original series, I find the result very satisfying. I had a really good time with my son, in a film that is close, funny and with a clear message, but with unexpected little metaphors (the dragon that gets out of Lincoln's control). A little surprise that made me spend a very pleasant time with the little one.

I do like the show The Loud House that started in 2014, which is still releasing new episodes to this day, because I thought it was an entertaining, funny, and nice animated show with likable characters and a nice-looking animation style; I am hoping that at least the movie on Netflix is had what I liked about the show, especially since this film is kind of going down the musical route in a way that got me interested in it a little bit. The Netflix film The Loud House Movie (2021) is an enjoyable enough film that has good voice acting, nice-looking 2D animation, good enough song numbers, an ok villain, likable main characters, and some new elements added into this film that were not established in the show; this film is not spectacular by any means but it was a good continuation of sorts to the show that people who watched the show will like, like for those who have not seen the show because they can only understand what is happening in the film and get the gist of who the characters are, but you might not understand the characters that much without a bunch of the characterization from the show.

The main Loud family is likable enough, with Lincoln Loud trying to get recognition as special person because of everything he has done for his sisters, which is helping them win their many activities they have in one day; I like that Lincoln is a good brother for his sisters, and now that he becomes The Duke of their ancestors castle in Scotland, he has to learn to not do things to help himself but to do things to help the people in the Scotland town nearby. The ten sisters are not in the film that much, but they are entertaining and likable enough with each one of them having a certain personality or quirk, along with them helping in the third act climax; I like the brother sister relationship between Lincoln and all ten of his sisters, and I would have liked to have seen them more because they are not given much to do. Lastly, there is the castle's groundskeeper named Angus voiced well by David Tennant, who is also a likable enough character who knows about the Loud's ancestors and how they were important in Scotland; I also like how he helps Lincoln Loud on how to be a good Duke.

The villain is the caretaker Morag who is ok, like she is not bad or anything, I just thought she was a generic villain for a movie like this, with her backstory having a connection to the Loud family's ancestors and her wanting to rule the castle as a Dutchess; the elements introduced in this were not established in the show, that being any fantasy or supernatural ghost elements, which is used in the villain's plan in some way involving a dragon. The 2D animation looks the same as the show just with more movements and certain shading details to make it look improved on, and there was an occasional funny moment, but also there were songs in the film that were not bad and surprisingly kind of catchy to listen to; there is not much else to say because this film does not have a complicated premise or anything or anything really big or noteworthy, I will just say that this was an easy watch.

The Netflix film The Loud House Movie (2021) is an enjoyable enough film that has good voice acting, nice-looking 2D animation, good enough song numbers, an ok villain, likable main characters, and some new elements added into this film that were not established in the show; this film is not spectacular by any means but it was a good continuation of sorts to the show, unless you are someone who has not seen the show before, then you might see this as just a regular animated Nickelodeon movie. The last thing I will say is that I would recommend giving some episodes of the show a watch because I do think it is a good show, with it being funny and enjoyable to watch; for the film, it is just a fine animated movie that is worth watching at least once that is hard to get mad at.

"The Loud House Movie" is a very energetic, and fast paced family film with great messages and some catchy songs.

What I liked about this movie is that if your a fan of "The Loud House" your definitely gonna love this movie. As a fan this movie captures the heart of the show, and jokes that I love. The movie also has a lot of great songs. I like how the movie isn't overloaded with too many songs. But the songs that are in the film are very good. The movie also has nice animation. It's a nice update to the animation in the show. Also the movie has great messages about being yourself and loving your family. It's a great movie to teach kids that life isn't always about being popular.

Now I have very few negatives and honestly there minor. While the movie is fast paced, it is a little too fast paced. Things kinda feel a little rushed. And the villain wasn't as interesting or much of threat. I think they could've done a little better with the villain.

Aside from that "The Loud House Movie" is a fun musical that has great messages, fun animation, and really great characters. Highly recommend.

I really like this movie, i actually thought it was going to be bad, but no! This film actually has what makes a good movie a good movie, It's really good to see that Lincoln's sisters actually treat him better in this movie, unlike the tv show... Not only that, but Lynn Jr., who is usually hated by TLH fans, she is actually more likable in this movie, which is good. The animation is also a big improvement over the tv show considering this is a movie.
