The Imbalancing Act

I feel this documentary was so well done. It speaks on the important subject of mental health. It's imperative to have conversations on such topics, and this short film will help in that effort. The more amazing thing is that a group of high school students put this project together to spread awareness which in itself demonstrates the meaningfulness of the message.You gotta admit that when young people tackle themes that older people might not speak about it's a good thing. Overall, I believe everyone should watch this movie because it is an awesome educational tool.
