As an adult film Ascharyachakit does get everything right. It has a interesting & believable storyline, hot & steamy well shot adult scenes, technically an apt film all around. The characters are very well defined and connect emotionally well with the audiences unlike the typical bogus Indian adult cinema. The movie is fresh and a breeze to watch throughout and falters only in the last 10 minutes or so.

The strongest points of Ascharyachakit is its characters and storyline. Cinematography is top class for adult movie standards. Screenplay with 3 interconnected stories and dialogues are little different from the regular adult fare. Director Samit Kakkad's work is generally impressive but a botched up climax will not assure that. Editor should be appreciated for keeping the movie to 90 minutes. Acting wise Priyanka Bose & Santosh juvekar had done a decent job, while others were just par.

Overall, a definitely good watch for adult movie fans with a meaningful storyline & strong technical elements. Forget the climax and enjoy the movie. Ascharyachakit definitely does what it was made to do.

The plot is simple and predictable but credit should be given to the director for bringing it in the twisted way.

Acting by Priyanka Bose and Vaibhav Raj Gupta is great. Santosh Juvekar also impresses in bits and pieces. Acting by Ankit Raaj, Anangsha Biswas and Kashmira Irani doesn't impress. Vipin Sharma is wasted.

Overall a good movie ruined by bad climax

Promising start but it all fades away as the movie progresses. Climax has to one of the worst I have seen in ages. Good acting by Priyanka Bose. All other actors are passable.

First few mins gave hope that story is gonna be good and entertaining. As the movie progressed, all hopes started shattering and converged at the weakest climax of the millennium I could find. Do not have to watch. Can completely avoid it. Waste of time.

All you need is add a lot of cuss words, frontal nude scenes, a prostitute, a love angle and crude violence and what you get is the new-age cinema. To add class to the positioning, attribute the story to grand names like Manto...

These are the movies that people will never watch in the theatre so it's better to release it on platforms such as Netflix. Ashcharyachakit is one such stupid, idiotic, nonsensical movie attributed to the legend Mento. The producers must think twice before making such blunders. I am going with 1 star but that's because we don't have an option of zero star.

I think this a worst Netflix series I ever seen, it's very lower standard story, nothing like to watch on this series , deshdrohi more better than this series

Entertaining movie which shows the true aspect of bollywood, their fake movements.. We all know how these newcomers get those roles. Brilliant acting by lead actors specially Priyanka bose. Good job

Didn't expect much, but proven wrong. Well acted, and brought out what hidden truths might take place not just in Bollywood, but in Hollywood as well. It gets very cliche towards a predictable end. Great job by all main cast.

Watched it on netflix, loved it. If you like typical bollywood movies you may not like this. This movie shows bad side of movie industry i.e. struggle of new actors and explores the prostitution in mumbai and issues faced by sex workers in India. Very well acted and very engaging plot.

Showing the red light area in the different light as the story also focuses on the workers and lives of different people leaving in that areas how they live.

The love story of a sex worker and the driver is a different take on the story as the driver is poor but for his love towards her is true for which can do anything to be with her go-to any heights.

I watched this for anangsha biswas. The movie has got a lot of intimate scenes and fits the story. They don't overdo or overdepict the things that happen.

Amazing acting by Priyanka Bose and the pimp...shows the murkier life of a prostitute and behind the glitz and glamour the dark side of a reigning superstar....how they lead a dual life behind the fasad of their celebrity image....then there is a pimp who thinks the whore as his procession... This could have been a great ending only if the climax was as dark and gloomy as the film...but the writers changed it to a happy ending ...that too an implausible one.... It actually seems that climax is of another movie

Possible climax of the movie Climax one - the autorickshaw guy double crossing the driver at the end and killing him and going away with the loot...the pimp convinces the whore that her lover has betrayed her and she goes back to her business thinking this is her life and their is no way out Climax 2- the whore killing the pimp and the driver and runs away with the loot to lead a life on her own terms
