Story is simple but u can watch this kinda films for time pass and I found some hillirious comedy in this guy's go and enjoy this u Will love it

I think this movie could have been great but the ending and the average music let it down, superb acting by all, especially Rajkumar Rao and Shruti Hassan(She looked absolutely stunning btw).

The thing about the ending I didn't like was, the way everything was being built up, the whole mess that was being created, I expected the ending to be a bit more dramatic, although, the speech was nice at the end but before that it needed a bit more rayta-failao tbh.

I think this movie and Bareilly ki Barfi are 2 best movies of 2017 imho but both lacked good music, which could have made a huge difference.

A great time pass movie to watch, but the ending could have been better, the ending is too simple, otherwise everything in this movie is good.

All the actors do their job well and acted well in the movie... But kahi na kahi story me dum nahi h...

The movie starts with a good style and was going smoothly. But suddenly towards the end it became dull and boring slowly. Music is also a drawback of this movie.

#BehenHogiTeri had the potential to be a decent comedy, but a good idea is stretched n becomes boring towards the end, especially when you know that hero n heroine will definitely unite. The film is set in a locality in UP where all boys n girls are treated as bhai-behen, right from childhood. But feelings change as they grow up n then it becomes too late to prove that their love is of a different type. Rajkummar Rao is very good in a light role (after serious stuff like Trapped n Aligarh), but he cannot salvage a bad second-half. The female characters are shown as dumb n contribute nothing to the story. Rating 1.5/5.

Rajkummar Rao plays a man without a plan in Behen Hogi Teri as he is unable to declare his love to his childhood sweetheart because of the harsh rule imposed by the elders of his neighborhood. The primary theme of the film surrounds this rule of how every guy in the locality is pressurized to see every unmarried girl as a sister. If the guy refuses, he is forcibly tied a rakhi by the girl (not so unwillingly) who he is refusing to follow the rule for. Rao's character is lucky in that sense because the girl he is courting (played by an over- zealous Shruti Haasan) has shown feelings for him. Director Ajay Pannalal drives the story like a romantic comedy but the end product is projected like a drama that goes haywire in the middle. A palpable introduction is followed by a mess, characterized by unnecessary additions of players (Gulshan Grover and Ranjeet) and crescendoed by a predictable climax. Rao's character also loses track of himself and is pushed to the kerb by these unnecessary characters. Behen Hogi Teri is, therefore, an average combination of all romantic comedies we have seen in Bollywood in the last few months with the only exception of a decent loverboy and an allegoric message. The story was not at all convincing. The transitions between the dialogues seemed a bit off like they didn't actually connect but the directors(or writers) forced the dialogues to look connected. The acting of Rajkumar Rao was nice but every other actor actually over-acted. The story was predictable and was stretched a lot without a cause, directors(or producers) didn't actually put a thought while making the movie they just wanted to make a film whether it is good or not.

Not at all worth the time, in my opinion, this movie can easily be missed.

It is a breezy romantic comedy and if you like this genre then you will like this film. Rajkumar Rao is exceptional and you would want to see this film only for him.

Comedy is great and performance of Darshan is awesome. It is a good one time watch.

PS. Shruti looks sexy :)

The movie starts quiet well and interesting and anyone can connect with the characters. But it gets severely boring as its moves forwards.

The jokes fall flat, and the chemistry between the leads feels forced. There aren't any memorable moments or surprises. It drags in the middle, and the ending is exactly what you'd expect from the start. While it's not terrible, it's forgettable and lacks the charm or excitement that makes a good romantic comedy stand out.

The pacing of the movie is slow, making it feel longer than it actually is. There's little emotional depth, and the characters are one-dimensional, with no real development throughout the story.

movie is cute,neat and entertaining with no vulgar jokes...And coming to critics they know nothing about public opinion they will only give nice reviews to shitty movies like happy new year with so called popular actors...Coming to the gattu is in love with bunny since childhood but everyone in that area believes that all girl and boys r like brother and sister how gattu gets back his love in all sort of confusion the story is all about that with lot of funny moments....Music is OK tera hoke rahoon is melodious and other songs r OK...Coming to performances we all know Rajkumar Rao is a brilliant actor and he is the soul of this movie with terrific comic timing he shines in his role.... Shruti Hasan looks beautiful and lends good support...herry tangri and darshan jariwala r outstanding with their funny act...All other actors r fine .....With lot of serious movies coming in Bollywood this movie is like breeze of fresh air with a cute,funny and heartwarming story...Must watch forget about the critics and the guy who wrote the review before me

Really Man...... Great Job.I just only watch Movies Of Rajkumar Rao because his every movie is watchable and original.Just Like,His Performance,Energy and Persona is Perfect in Movie For the Story.Talking About Shruti,its also equal To Rajkumar.Both Guys Done Kadaakedaar and Cracking Performance

I just can't say about acting and performance..... Great-Great-Great Story us definately must must watchable Family Viewable Comedy Strategy Romance Everything needed to watch a movie is their The Just Doesn't deserve a flop and low rating,but its the mentality of bollywood audience which is driven by bollywood stars Overall,The Movie Absolutely Great and Must Watchable Deserves at least 7/10
