Just so you know....

Penny Marshal died in 2018, two years before this movie was supposedly released. Word is that Rodman personally wanted Marshal to do a documentary on him (probably to save his image after the North Korea thing and videos of him and his friends stealing from stories were published), but the project ran out of money and then Penny died. So who knows if this documentary will ever see the light of day. Until then it doesn't make sense for this things to have any rating. What are people rating... the idea?
