Had a great time watching this film with my family. We couldn't stop laughing. Just what was needed on a Sunday evening.

Great job. Light hearted, good script, funny jokes and references and very good performances.

Good job from the first time director too. Both behind and in front of the camera.

Throughly enjoyable. Don't think about it too much and just enjoy it for what it is.

An official remake of Sameer Patil's 2014 Marathi runaway hit "Poshter Boyz",Shreyas Talpade's directorial debut 'Poster Boys' deals with the highly socially relevant issue of male sterilization in a light- hearted tone with satisfactory dose of slapstick and verbal humor to label it as a decent entertainer for the single screen audience in particular.Most importantly the movie marks the come back of Bobby Deol into the big screens after a hiatus of almost 4 years,who has managed to give out a solid performance that's instantly lovable.

The saving grace of the movie for most part is the brilliant chemistry between Deol brothers and Shreyas,and the trio ensures that the loopholes on the storyline is concealed up to an extent.The screenplay credited to the duo of Bunty Rathore and Paritosh Painter is filled with abundance of comic sequences which at times become a bit too loud and repetitive.

The climax portions puts forward a commendable social message which could have been more impactful had the screenplay been less predictable and giving more emphasize on the issue rather than resorting to low-brow humor.The movie had a feel of television sitcom at times which can be attributed to the constrained budget of the movie.The references to yesteryear super-hits of Deol brothers like 'Soldier','Border' and 'Damini' was funny and executed well.

It was a delight to watch Bobby Deol back on the big-screen after a long-time and the charismatic made it sure that the character invested on him is portrayed well with necessary mannerisms and dedication.Sunny Deol too gave an impressive performance and the funny sequences involving him were totally hilarious and the best part of the narration.Shreyas Talpade was impressive with his comic timing.Sonali Kulkarni and Samiksha Bhatnagar were adequate.Ashwini Kalsekar did her part well.

Two among the three songs in the movie was used in the credits and the idea to reboot 'Kudiyan Shehar Di' from Arjun Pandit has worked out well among the mass audience.Technical side of the movie was okayish.

Overall,Poster boys is an average comedy-drama that's worth a watch for its social relevance,some funny one-liners and neat performances from the cast.

Poster Boys is a comedy film directed by Shreyas Talpade in his directorial debut. The film stars Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Shreyas Talpade, Sonali Kulkarni, Samikssha Batnagar and Tripti Dimri.

Three men land in a mess when their pictures get published in a vasectomy advertisement. They rebel against the system after their friends and relatives humiliate them.

After watching this film i have to admit that this film has a superb plot which got ruined by novice approach of the debutant director Shreyas Talpade, there is no doubt that he is a fantastic actor but as a director he still has lots of room for improvement.

The plot of the film is good and the execution is average, the jokes and punch lines were stale and most of the jokes fails make you laugh although some of the jokes were fantastic.

Screenplay of the film is decent and could've been more crisped, here again we saw the amateurish approach by the director.

Acting in the film is good but it's high time that film makers should stop projecting Sunny Deol as superman or he-man as it has started looking mediocre, barring few scenes Sunny Deol was good, Bobby Deol was little disappointing, Shreyas Talpade never disappoints when it comes to comedy. Sonali Kulkarni was wasted. Samikssha Batnagar and Tripti Dimri were below average.

BGM music of the film is terrible and the funny background sound is annoying and mediocre. Songs were average to bad. Climax of the film again disappoints a little as it seems that the makers were in a very much hurry to end the film.

Overall a potential plot wasted due to the novice approach of the director but still can be watched once.

Poster Boys, a remake of a Marathi movie, is a decent comedy, but the running time has to be reduced by 20 minutes. Three men, for no fault of theirs, find their faces featured on a poster promoting nasbandi. This creates a lot of problems in their personal lives n they try to salvage their reputation. Good to see Sunny n Bobby in different roles, where they fight less n talk more. Some dialogues are witty, without being vulgar. There is a message at the end which needs to be appreciated by the male audiences. Rating 2.5/5.
