Happy End

I remember seeing this at the Annecy Animation Festival in 2016. It was one of my favorite pieces from the graduation films. It's clever, witty and very humorous. Would love to see it again! The animation style is very unique and fits perfectly with the story line. The fact that it was created by such a small team makes it even more impressive.

Clever and rather funny tale of a man who winds up at an emergency room. Through flashback we see how this one person ended up involved with a few others. Director Jan Saska certainly brings a lot of atmosphere to this film, which were told in the credits was somewhat of a folk joke. I wasn't familiar with it so I had fun with the film and especially since I wasn't sure where it was headed but once you figure it out the film manages to make you smile to say the least. I really enjoyed the animation and especially the rather dark images, which really did create a great atmosphere.
