    Being Proven in 2025

Although this documentary was made in 2017, we can see it's being proven even today. The CCP has long been infiltrating the education systems of different countries through different means. Now, when you read about their influence on Stanford and Harvard in 2025, you can see how relevant this film still is. The Confucius Institute is just a loud one that got exposed and forced to shut down; many universities around the world cut ties with them but always expressed regrets doing so, trying to salvage the relationship with the CCP and expecting future opportunities with them. If many more people can see this, they'll understand that the only way to stop the CCP's infiltration is to understand them and expose them.

Not really a film, more like a Youtube video.

I don't really want to comment on the content. Just I found the choice of background music is really poor, and the editing of film is on a very low level. I thought this is a proper documentary film and bought the ticket. Turns out just a political tool.

    Watch to learn CCP's deal

A true story, even though with a relatively low technical level. I have a family relative as Falun practitioner, experienced similar cruel persecution too. Please pay attention to the approaches that CCP has been using to infiltrate the western society. That's exactly the same as it used in 1940's to overthrow then-legitimate nationalist government.

Interesting Film - In the Name of Confucius

The Confucius Institute is a fine line of schools created by the CCP to spread the Chinese language throughout the world. And when the curriculum sticks to various levels of the Chinese language, they are about the best Chinese schools in the world. Several US colleges and universities have taken advantage of the generosity of the CCP and their Confucius Institutes. These colleges and universities can now have Chinese language courses at all levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) given by the institutes at no cost to the college or university. This is a wonderful asset for most higher education institutions in the US. Students at all of these schools benefit as well, as China-US trade is the highest of all trade agreements in the world. Unfortunately, there are always political considerations whenever China and the US are involved. China detractors will say the CCP is pandering CCP propaganda along with the language courses, and proponents will say that nothing but language lessons are going on. What is the reality of this situation? Most likely somewhere in the middle. Do English courses in China pander democracy and capitalism? They most certainly do; especially when taught by Western professors. So, if the English teachers in China can preach about capitalism, it would only follow that China should be able to preach about socialism in their Chinese classes. After all, what's good for the goose and so on. What everyone seems to forget is that college students are not stupid.

Chinese college students know they cannot practice Western capitalism in China, so they adjust and practice Chinese capitalism. Western college students who drive nice cars and live in the suburbs really do not find any speeches about socialism to be too influential in their chosen lifestyles. Inner city students, on the other hand, might find some added meaning to these lessons.

In science, an object in motion tends to stay in motion, and US students who are diehard capitalists are not going to be marching down the streets howling for social reform. The same holds true for Chinese students who were born and raised under socialism. They will smile and politely nod at the Western professor as he preaches about democracy and free elections during English lessons in a Beijing classroom, and then they will go out with their friends from the CCP Youth Committees and have several beers at the local pub. Very few, if any, students from either country is going to be swayed by rhetoric from professors of Chinese or English. College students are too busy having fun looking for members of the opposite sex on the weekends, and having a bit too much beer. Believe me, I know what I am talking about; I taught Chinese students for over a decade in China. And I have taught American college students on American campuses as well; and there is hardly a nickel's difference between the two groups.

    Excellent! A must watch.

This film shows the reality of the CCP's influence agenda. It's worse than anyone imagines. This movie is a must watch! The CCP hates this film and will do whatever it takes to discredit it, but don't be fooled.
