The Plan

This popped up on Netflix with a good rating (but no reviews), so I tuned in to a quick-paced flick about 3 buddies who get locked up in a jail in India awaiting trial in a few weeks. All three are college dropouts and at least 1 guy has engineering experience. So far, they have claimed innocence, but they were quite the party animals (as shown in flashbacks), drinking and carousing with Western-looking girls. I am mostly finished this film, but, sorry, from the sub-titles, I am not sure what the pending charges are, nor whether they are indeed innocent.

Their 'plan' is an elaborate escape. As allies, they are joined by a 4th guy who is desperate to get out and prove his innocence. A new prison warden is helpful, as he transferred there to get revenge on a thug who also rules over the inmates & the head guard. Our 3 (now 4) friends promise to assist the warden in his quest. Will they succeed?

A decent suspense flick, absent the bad language and skin we would typically see in a Western film of this kind.
