Colourblind

I have no idea why this movie got several really good reviews other than to think that they must have been written by friends of the filmmaker. This film is poorly written, there are a number of scenes where the camera is literally just following the main actor who is just a very ordinary guy and absolutely nothing to look. I don't know what all that set up was all about because there was just absolutely nothing in the way of a pay off, the story was lame, there was not much there and the ending was unsatisfying. I would not recommend this film.

Sometimes you need to look twice

Jaffy Rotunda, a reluctant PI is hired to track down a suspected suicidal girl.

This film in the Nathan Hill catalogue shows a slightly softer side to his story telling. Stepping back from the thrillers to more of a dramatic romance with the hint of suspense. This film features star of V: The Original Series, Jane Badler, putting together two industry legends with cult followings into the one film.

Colourblind is well executed film, sleek and worthy of your time if you enjoy the films of Hitchcock.

From the first frame of this film, I was overcome by a feeling that I was watching a BBC mystery that was influenced by Hitchock (certainly a compliment). The main actor playing Jaffy has such a classic British film star aura about him that I could not take my eyes off of him.
