Absolutely AWESOME movie! "Gripping" right from the very "get-go"... Kyle Mac plays a fantastic part and does it excellently as Alaina Huffman plays to Detective building a bond with someone who believes he doesn't have any friends, in order to save elementary school children. All of the cast played fantastic parts and this movie was "VERY" well put together... When I saw that the Police Department was "Hartford" and they used to word "Vernon"... I started looking license plates and realized that this movie was using my hometown cities which makes it even MORE eventful. People dont understand the dynamics of "Bi-Polar" disorder and this movie hits on that and the Detective (Alaina Huffman) plays a good role of how this should be handled in events like this.
Regarding this remarkable film, the details (marriage, divorce, school, and work) are peripheral. The compelling unfolding of this story lies in it's exceptional dramatic presentation of essentials. It addresses choices, motivations, and actions in a thoroughly entertaining, yet challenging, manner.
First rate work by all--cast, crew, and everyone involved in this project. I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to experience I HAVE YOUR CHILDREN.
Great writing, great acting, great technical expertise, and tremendous wisdom and generosity from executive producers.
Thank you, I HAVE YOUR CHILDREN team, for a great film.
Much love.

For a made for TV film like this, I don't mind throwing logic and common sense out the window. My mouth was agape with this ending - it completely blew me away.
Other reviewers point out that this work could stigmatize people with mental illnesses. I really didn't see it that way. The hostage taker did have a borderline personality, yet was bright, had a clear motivation, and never backed down.
This was actually pretty exciting and had consistent momentum- it kept me hooked until the end. There was some humor, tension, drama, and an array of cool gadgets and explosives to look at. There also is a hint of realism in showing how predatory the medical insurance industry can be.

This is such a load of rubbish I don't know where to start.
No hostage situation has a free for all operational policy as this film portrays.
The female cop proving divorced females are as good as men. The SWAT team working independently, individual civilians doing whatever they choose.
This film reminded me of the old Batman series years ago when Batman telegraphed what was going to happen in his script.
It has some entertainment value but this went when the Peanut allergy became the topic of concern.

It was no doubt the best film i've ever seen.
It had all the spectors tuhat good movie needs, it was emotional, a lot of questions with very good answers, instructive, intense, characters was written very well. The film gave viewers the opportunity to decide what is or who ise good or bad. This film creates different, but definitely very strong feelings for people with different worldviews. I love it.
