This show has zero redeemable qualities. The hosts are difficult to watch. They have what we call "A Face For Radio." and lack the kind of hosting skills that I expect from a television show. The presenters (The Fine Bros.) are responsible for popularizing the "Reaction" videos, and have recently been caught bullying Youtubers into taking down their own Reaction videos, despite The Fine Bros. not having proper legal protection on their products.
If there were a reason to watch the show (there isn't), it's in the nature of the content provided. It's presented in a happy and upbeat way, much like shows on Science Channel. Unfortunately, this can't help the show enough, as the topics discussed are often not as interesting as shows on Science Channel.

To cut a long story short, "Six Degrees of Everything" is another failed attempt by the Fine Bros and truTV (who the hell are these guys anyway?) to milk their audience.
So what exactly makes this show so awful? Probably the fact that it looks so much like one more YouTube show from the infamous Fine Bros, it makes you wonder what's the point in having it shown on TV. Seriously, that design, the animation, everything about it screams YouTube.
The content of the show is nothing really special. The idea is interesting for what it is, but the skits are whatever. People are reacting to stuff here too. The only good part about the content is the history and science "lessons".
So maybe the Fine Bros are more entertaining than the content as the hosts of the show? Nah.
All in all, this 100% looks like it doesn't belong on TV and given the recent backlash the Fine Bros are getting for their greedy actions, it's well deserved. Eventually the Fine Bros are going to be fine, so no need to worry.

these thieving clowns are attempting to copyright human behavior.
The fine brothers have threatened and submitted take down requests on you-tube videos showing people reacting to... well anything. they believe they own the "format" of people watching things and have even attacked national TV broadcasters over totally unrelated segments just for featuring kids being questioned about old technology.
In episode 6 of this show for a large portion they clearly STEAL the FORMAT of VH1s "pop up videos" they even steal the exact sound effect and rounded text bubbles that are used in others formats.
I would not expect this from the same pair who openly battle other content creators for actual original content.
I and others will not buy a single product that is featured on or in the commercial breaks of this show. the clear product integration as "degrees" and the creators attacks on others have shown that any company who associates themselves at this point with the fine brothers is consciously throwing their brand away.
as these two have made themselves the IP and brand here instead of subject matter its dead in the water.
0/10 Greed and tricks will never win.

This show is very interesting to watch and it is amazing how they can connect some completely different subjects. The hosts are funny, I believe i have seen them somewhere on YouTube. The thing i dislike about the show is that the place a ton of commercials near the end and not about the same throughout the episodes. TruTV did a very good job with this show. They have gotten some guys for shows off of YouTube as well, For example Adam Ruins Everything was originally on College Humor I liked all the episodes so far, I hope that this show gets renewed for a new season. The Fine Brothers are decent commentators but that does take away from the show a little. 8/10
The runners of this show, the "Fine Brothers" also run a Youtube channel on which they show kids, elders and teenagers reacting to video games, trailers etc. They are not the only and certainly not the first ones to create "React Videos". However, they want to trademark EVERY SINGLE react video. It's very very very very scummy. They basically want to create a huge monopoly so they don't ever have to create stuff themselves again, and just get all the licensing money for nothing. However, their business is not the most stable one at the moment. So please, don't support ANYTHING they do. Don't let them get through with this.
