Doraemon is a series which has been in japan since like the 60's or 70's and has many failed attempts to localise in the west. I have watched the English dub by Bang Zoom Entertainment and the hindi dub in india.

I will be reviewing the dub by Bang Zoom Entertainment hence why I will be using their localised names instead of their japanese ones

The anime is about a robot cat from the future that has came to take care of Noby so he makes better decisions in future as his future is bad and he is here to fix it. In each episode Noby demands something, Doraemon gives him a interesting gadget which he later gets himself into trouble with, then Doraemon needs to save. Noby also goes on various fun adventures with his 3 friends the rich square head Sneech, big bully Big G and the nice and adorable Sue.

Even there are changes due to audience and culture adaptation with a few edits of course. The dub is pretty good. The voice actors including Mona Marshall, Johnny Yong Bosch, Cassandra Lee Morris, Spike Spencer, Kaiji Tang, Keith Silverstein, Brian Beacock and everyone else fit their roles perfect.

My overall verdict the dub might not be perfect but vocally it's pretty and i honestly, hope it continues someday.

It took over 20+ years to localize this anime. I think it was well worth it but I would've loved to grown up with this anime back in the 90s alongside Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and Pokemon. The show seems to have elements of Shin Chan, Pokemon, Zatch Bell, Godzilla, Rick & Morty, Inception, Doctor Who, The Simpsons, The Fairly OddParents, Back To The Future, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, Phineas & Ferb, and Scooby Doo all rolled into one anime show! The only thing I don't like about this show is when Big G., the bully beats up Nobi for no reason! At least punish the jerk for once, writers! Anyways this is a good solid kids anime and it's about time we have one. The last time we had a good anime for kids like this was like 15 years ago, so the time was right but why did it take over 25-30 years to localize this anime? Who knows?

Western viewers might call this "just another slice of lice anime" but for asian viewers, it's GOLD. Thanks to it's indian dubbed version, people in pakistan also watch this in hindi. It has a huge fan base in south asia.

Now is it for everyone? NO. It isn't. If you don't like long animes which have many useless episodes which do not contribute to storyline or characters then it's clearly not for you. I also wonder sometimes that what's the point of this episode? You will find episodes here and there that develop the characters but they are so less.

The comedy of this anime is just average. Still you will enjoy the daily life struggles f nobita nobi and his soroundings. If you understand hindi then you should definetly watch this in hindi because the voice acting is great in it but many scenes not in hindi dub and also some dialouge changes is normal in the hindi dub.

This is my favorite cartoon show since childhood and still I love watching it. Its just refreshing and provides vboth fun and values. It teaches many inportant values along with fun moments like friendship, respecting your parents, love for plants and animals and helping nature. Its just the best thing.

Even though I haven't watched the show in almost 8 years I vividly remember alot of the parts in the show. It has a lot of positive and strong messages to send to young audiences. It has great voice acting, interesting and unique plot lines, and great characters.

I've been watching Doraemon since I was little! Very funny and amazing!

Those characters are iconic. Where every cartoon have mythological or stupid logic. But Doraemon has given wonders in years. I like cats and this show never bores me. It is better than any other shows . Japanese culture is lit

Nobita and Doraemon - Stay together!

Having grown up watching Doraemon, I was heartbroken to hear about the change in Nobita's voice from Indraja Shankar to a new actor. Indraja's portrayal was iconic; her voice embodied Nobita's character, bringing out his vulnerabilities, innocence, and humor in a way that resonated with fans like me. The new voice actor is undoubtedly talented, but the magic of Nobita seems to be missing now. This shift has impacted my enjoyment of the series, as Nobita's character feels less relatable without the original voice. I urge the production team to consider bringing back Indraja or at least recapturing that special charm in the future episodes. (PS, This is about Doraemon Tamil Version)

Best Doreamon anime with a lot of comedy and very improved graphic quality not only for kids it also worthy to shown by adults

When I was in primary school, Doraemon was the Best cartoon on that time... There was no Facebook, no internet, no world wide web, I was so fascinated in this web series... Even I cried for two years, when Government of Bangladesh Banned Doraemon, as they thought it can be harmful... But the truth is, It was never a harmful series... I learned how to become a real friend from this series... I learned how to love... I learned how to enjoy our life... I loved how Doraemon was always beside of Nobita... I loved how All friends of Nobita always supported him... And Shizuka, I have no words to explain her... I don't know how this cartoon series can have only 8.8 rating in IMDB, it deserves 10 , even more... You know what, Today I am 20, But if you ask me, what is the best childhood Memory in my life, I will say, This is Doraemon... A random reviewer will never understand this feelings... It's a feelings which will never die... This is Doraemon, The Best cartoon series ever...

I GIVED DORAEMON 10 BECAUSE ITS THE BESSTTTTTT!!!!!! I watched doraemon in Spanish and I love the voices in Spanish! It dissapointed me when I knew it was anime because I really don't like some anime BUT THIS ANIME IS NOT A BAD ANIME!

With its massive amount of episodes and repetitious plot line, it's tempting to think that the anime is only about Doraemon's many gadgets. You only need an open mind to change your perspective, and then you will see the truth as clear as sunshine. Doraemon provides a disturbing insight into how the mind reacts when pushed to the brink of loneliness. The settings provide concrete confirmation of the series' veracity. We nearly always see blank walls, sidewalks, and telephone poles while Nobita walks around.

I used to Love Doraemon. It was my FAVOURITE cartoon, something I watched 24/7. But then, after the voices changed, it started being really bad!! One of my favourite cartoons turned into something awful. I was devastated, please change it back to the old voice!! I really miss it! We all are used to associating a certain character with a certain voice, but suddenly changing the voice made us not enjoy the character and the show anymore. This was not only my review all my friends, cousins and siblings felt this. So, I request the committee to bring back the old voice so that it would give the same impact.
