In the voting machine after finishing the process, the photo of the candidate changes to a photo of him with thumbs up. The photos of a real cabin are static and the screen also features the name of the vice along with his/her photo. Also, in 2014, the voting process wasn't as quick as is shown. Before voting for president, there should be the voting of State and Federal Congressman, Senator, and Governor. Voting only for president as in the movie would only be possible if only the presidential election went for a run-off. That only happens later in the movie.
In the movie, the main character is tricked into being honest every time. In most situations, that happens accordingly, while in some instances he is only being not able to lie. Later in the movie he steals a bus without thinking twice, thus not being honest as stated in the movie title.
