Cherry Season - La stagione del cuore

This show gets worse and worse as it goes along. Arguing, screaming, fighting, crying. Gee whizz get over yourselves. Every time they come together, they get jealous and go their different ways, or Ayaz's mother throws a monkey wrench into their marriage or work.

The story could be okay but sometimes the script is so annoying. Ozge is so bad actress, always too much and annoyingly overacting. Not my favourite series, can watch it once and that's enough. Cilek Kokusu or Inadina Ask from those years are much better.

Although it seems to be one of the popular Turkish shows, it didn't resonate much with me. While the storyline was interesting, it lacked suspense, and I found it easy to predict every scene. Emre's storyline felt more compelling than Ayaz's, as his character was developed in greater depth.

Speaking of writing, the rom-com aspect of the script wasn't very strong; most scenes felt as if they had been written by a middle schooler. The acting was good, but it didn't feel authentic. Özgü and Serkan are talented actors, as I've seen in other shows, but their performances could have been better in this particular series.

What I loved most about the show were Emre's storyline and the comedic relationship between Ayaz and Öykü. It was refreshing to see that as a couple, they maintained their playful nature and comedic side.

I don't know who is the script writer of this series but salute to that person for writing dumbest lead character . I mean we can skip dumb side characters but how to skip main character . Director did a great job by casting Ozge as dumb lead . Her acting was so annoying as in the "Full Moon" . Story is extremely slow .Plot is obviously okay . I stopped watching it after 10 to 12 episodes . They are literally showing main character as selfish and opportunistic . I don't know how this series got trp though it was released in 2014. I would not recommend this series to anyone . Simply I wasted my time by watching 12 episodes of it.

I am trying to be honest here, and many might disagree. The show isn't that good to say the least. The writers are all over the place with tons of dramatic plotlines such as memory loss to two of the main characters, bunch of cliches, to judge the characters is a whole another spectrum. Oyku has 0 character development, Onem goes through mood swings(she is different in every episode)

If you like cliches and a story you could cringe to often, this is the show for you.
