It's essentially a series of talking points beaded together in a grim parody of coherence. Presumably this was why the makers effectively lied to the people that agreed to appear in it and resorted to heavily editing their interviews to get the soundbites they actually wanted. This, like the maker's approach, lends them a paper-thin appearance of objectivity whilst pushing a fairly toxic message.
All on behalf, of course, who imagine that everyone up to and including the postman is doing the same thing against them.
