This movie felt like a cut scene of a game like Skylanders. The way that the characters move and are animated seemed like a final project of a seventh grade 3d animation course, The it was so lazily animated that the characters have the same mouth movement for every five minute or so dialog chunk and would "rubber-band" when walking and talking. They also cut away to avoid animating an entertaining scene and you would just hear dialog of the action such as the two times that a character fights two antagonists. However, if you can get past the terrible animation buckle up for a whole lot of dialog. For three to five minuets, you will get character interaction as a sorry attempt to move plot along when nothing in the outside world ever happens.
