In 2012, feeling it was time to embark on new venture, Glenn left his full time job as an Special Education Paraprofessional and enrolled himself in The Art Institute Of New York City Digital Film Program. Since then, he has directed several projects.

His father and mother would call him the "walking TV Guide" as a kid because he would read and memorize, the entire programming schedule.

At the age of 10 years old, convinced that this could be his big break, he called every major studio in California, on his parents house phone in New York City , while they were asleep; and as a result was grounded, due to a very high phone bill, but his parents saw that he was very serious about his dream, that they convinced a close relative to give him their camcorder they weren't using, as a gift, so Glenn could make his own home movies.

His early influences were Robert Townsend, Eddie Murphy, Keenen Ivory Wayans and Spike Lee.

Survived eight operations, due to a premature birth, only weighing 2 pounds 8 ounces.
