The spooky songwriting collective Lvcrft, comprised of Evan Bogart, Amanda “Mndr” Warner, and Peter Wade, is back this month with a new album perfect for your Halloween playlists. Their first album of all covers, Under the Covers, reinvents classic songs with their appropriately spooky style and lyrics.
Under the Covers is available as of October 1, the perfect earworm start to peak Halloween season.
In Lvcrft’s own words, “We started witchcrafting original Halloween music back in 2019 because we had been listening to the same incredible Halloween classics for 40 years and we heard the calling from beyond to soundtrack the next 40 years. This year we had the honor to celebrate some of those iconic spooky records, that inspired us the most, by re-imagining them in our own style.”

On Thursday, ESPN announced this year’s scheduled presenters, including GMA host Robin Roberts; musicians Kane Brown and DaBaby; social media stars Charli and Dixie D’Amelio as well as Dude Perfect; actors Alexandra Daddario, Taye Diggs, Nina Dobrev, Tracy Morgan, Zachary Levi and Iliza Shlesinger; comedians Desus Nice and The Kid Mero; and athletes such as Rob Gronkowski, Sabrina Ionescu, Chloe Kim, Joe Namath, Julius Randle, Mikaela Shiffrin, Kurt Warner and Retired Unc Basketball Coach Roy Williams.
