Professor Lalloo was awarded the CMG (Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George) in the 2025 King's Birthday Honours List for his services to Global Health and International Development, and leadership in Higher Education. He is the Vice Chancellor, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
