She is an alumna of The Second City Toronto Mainstage where she wrote and performed for two revues.

Received 5 years of improvisation training as a member of the Loose Moose Theatre Company in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Much of her work is influenced by Keith Johnstone's methods and style of improvisation.

Graduated from the Mount Royal University Theatre Arts Program with a Diploma in Acting.

Was raised in both Edmonton and Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
