Alex Gopal has a younger brother Julian Gopal, who is also an actor/model. They get to work together on occasion but usually as brothers until 2017's #403 episode on the Night Shift (Do No Harm) when they played two unrelated roles. They were thrilled to have the opportunity to not play brothers.
