Although his first acting role was when he 8 in a theater adaption of The Polar Express as a reindeer, he didn't take acting seriously until he was 15 when his mom put him into acting classes during the summer. When he learned about this he cried because he thought his summer was ruined and that it would be one of the worst summers of his life. He ended up enjoying the classes and went on to peruse acting as a career.
