She is the youngest child of three sisters.

On 2009, she performed the motion capture for Hatsune Miku in the game Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA.

She was one half of J-Pop duo YuiKaori, along with Kaori Ishihara.

She debuted as a solo artist with the single "Raise" on 2012, which was used as the ending theme of Campione!: Matsurowanu Kamigami to Kamigoroshi no Maou (2012).

On January 1, 2019, it was announced that Ogura has signed back with UP-FRONT under Just Production as a voice actress, after her contract with Clare Voice expired on November 30, 2018.
