[Elele June 2017, How would define love?] For me love is the state of feeling affection at its highest pitch. Not every affection can be qualified as love. If affection is above all the financial and spiritual benefits like the blood circulating in ones veins you can speak of love and I think that love isn't just lived between man and woman. You can feel it towards everything that surrounds you in the world. This can be a flower that you let grow diligently or a cat or a dog...

[Elele June 2017, Which historical character would you identify with?] Let's not call it identifying but I could say Emine Adalet Pee, whose life seems interesting and exemplary, although she is not that well known. She is Turkey's first female spy. [...] Because of the fact that she was someone who experienced fame, wealth, pain, love, sadness, poverty and misery to the fullest in her life she is historical figure who seems interesting to me.

[Elele June 2017, Are you in love right now?] If the intention in the question means being in love with someone from the opposite gender, I am not in love. But the affection I feel towards my job and Hilal is close to love.

[Elele June 2017, What was the first movie you starred in, what did you feel at that time?] The first movie I starred in was when I was eleven years old "Dersimiz Atatürk". Halit Ergenç was playing Atatürk. The first time I saw him he had the Atatürk make up on. I was standing in front of Mustafa Kemal. I was out of my breath, my heart was whirring. I was shaking like a leaf. I can't describe you the pride I felt in my childish heart to stand in front of Atatürk. Moreover personating the childhood of Sabiha Gökçen was a very exciting and unforgettable experience. Because of that the movie "Dersimiz Atatürk" holds a special place in my heart. I also played in the movies "Çinar Agaci" and "Arkadasim Max".

[Elele June 2017, Hilal and Leon are one of the most loved couples on screen. How do you explain this, which criterions were effective on this?] "We can stop this war if we want to!" See, maybe that's the secret that makes the viewers love and embrace HiLeon that much. To take refuge in the strength of a love under a war, siege, oppression and great pain. Hilal and Leon loved each other despite their hostility and all their differences including their languages and religions. The viewer witnessed an impossible but pure love in the eyes and words of Hilal and Leon. They got impressed by this and I think that they found HiLeon distant from cliche love stories.
