Jacinte is the daughter of Sidney Marquette Blankenship III and Greta Arlette Freeman. After graduating from Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas, she moved to Atlanta to attend Clark Atlanta University where she graduated with a Master of Science degree in Mathematics in 2002.
