He is third cousin, two generations removed, of aviator, Charles Lindbergh (b. 1902-1974). Their common ancestors were Charles H. Land (b. 1847-1919) and his wife, Evangeline (Lodge) Land (b. 1850-?) who were the grandparents of Lindbergh, and the great-great-grandparents of Michael Spellman.
