- Joséphine-Fransilja Brookman, is an Afro-European, British actress from South London. She is one of four girls and trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
- Alongside her sisters, she is a founder of Sisu Aina Productions, a multimedia production company focused on amplifying authentic Black voices and championing untold stories that need to be heard.
- Joséphine is of Ghanaian, Finnish, Sephardi and Brazilian descent.
- Her maternal grandfather, was Prince Ardaye Coffi Ankrah, one of the co-founders and principal dancers for Ballet Nègres and the son of Nil Kpakpo Oti II, head of the Ghanaian royal family.
