Directed and wrote The King of Central Park (2006), with his USC film school buddy David Gelb. The short film went to some of the best international film festivals and received great critical acclaim.
Briefly played in the Sunday Men's Basketball League.
Has one daughter Francis Winkler (b. October 13, 2021).
