- In the years following 1989, Jana Sulcová reduced her on-screen appearances significantly, predominantly focusing on television projects. However, in the 2010 film "Identity Card (Obcansky prukaz)," directed by Ondrej Trojan, she played a significant role as a school principal, showcasing her acting prowess.
- She graduated from grammar school and after graduating from DAMU (= Theater Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts) , she was a long-time member of the acting troupe of the Municipal Theaters of Prague (1969-1992).
