Slobotkin has made a cameo in almost every series he has worked on. Most prominently, he appeared in a commercial for a company called Teknafex in Serial Killing For Dummies (aka Serial Killing 101). Teknafex was the name of Slobotkin's video production as a kid. Instead of a getting a minimum wage job, he filmed weddings and Bar-Mitvahs.
