- Is a productive painter and had an exhibition in the Estonian State Art Gallery in 2006.
- Acquired the Cambridge Certificate of Profficiency in English in 1994.
- Currently directing The Gipsy Princess at the Estonian National Opera, Tallinn. He is also the set and costume designer and does one of the male principal roles (Count Boni Cancsianu). (marzo 2010)
- Doing a season in the Grand Casino Helsinki (Finland) with his orchestra and principals. (marzo 2008)
- Is a prolific painter, having among others painted the singer Madonna (during her concert in Estonia).
- Was awarded a Guinness World Record in 2025 for creating and performing 48 distinct roles in his own film Dr. Sander's Sleep Cure.
