Jane's late grandfather Frederic was cousin to the father of national treasure and creator of Dad's Army (1968), Jimmy Perry.

Jane Perry recently worked on Richard Armitage's bestselling audio book Geneva, narrating alongside Richard Armitage himself and British actress Nicola Walker.
