Two trigger happy vigilantes versus Judd Nelson? Now that’s a movie. MTV’s got your first look at the “Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day” poster and some stills, and a green band trailer has arrived for the kiddies. (The adults should take at the Red Band trailer here.) Julie Benz joins the cast as one of those law-enforcement types who goes everywhere with her own wind machine, apparently. The MacManus brothers are living a quiet life in Ireland with their father, but when they learn their beloved priest has been killed by mob forces, the duo return to Boston to bring justice to those responsible. Starring Julie Benz, Clifton Collins Jr., Sean Patrick Flanery, Norman Reedus, Judd Nelson, Peter Fonda, Billy Connolly, David Della Rocco, Bob Marley, Sweeney MacArthur, and directed by Troy Duffy. Over at IGN, the trailer for Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day has finally hit the internet. Screened at Comic-Con back in July, buzz about this sequel has been generating for years, ever since the first film became a cult classic. And now, the new film is almost here.

Ten years has gone by since the first Boondock Saints film was released. Written and directed by Troy Duffy, the film is about two brothers who, after running into their own problems with the local mob, decide to unleash their own brand of justice. The film did poorly in theaters, but became a cult classic after being released on DVD.

Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day takes up where the first film left off and was written and directed by Troy Duffy. It stars Sweeney MacArthur, Sean Patrick Flanery, Billy Connelly, Julie Benz, and Clifton Collins, Jr. and is set to hit theaters October 30th.
