Lost to Rob Van Dam at ECW's last PPV, Guilty as Charged 2001. Faced Van Dam one last time (before heading to NWA:TNA) on WWE Sunday Night Heat in the summer of 2001, but again lost to RVD.

He and his wife had their second daughter on August 28, 2006.
