Actress and dancer who performed in Ear Carroll's Vanities on Broadway. Her appearances in productions of "Allegro" and "As You Like It" in the 1940's resulted in her being signed by Paramount.

Her boyfriend (from 1937 to 1939) was Earl Miller, a bodyguard for Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his wife, Eleanor.

Competed for the title of Miss St. Petersburg 1933. Her sponsor was the McCutcheon Chevrolet Company.

A featured performer in the Festival of States program, presented over the weekend of April 1 and 2, 1933, presented by Senia Solomonoff and Lola Menzel at the waterfront in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she graduated high school. She studied dance in New York City, eventually touring South America, Mexico and Cuba. She danced on Broadway and was a mistress of ceremonies at the Earl Carrol Theater in Hollywood.
