Fallen and Forgotten is the story of what happens in life after the military. Bear, a young Army Sergeant, deals with being abruptly discharged for medical reasons and has to go back to the home he hasn't known for eight years. When Bear joins a group at the VA, we'll meet other fallen vets and get to follow their stories as the series unfolds. While the stories are fictionalized, they're based largely on the real struggles of real soldiers.
