Layla, a young mother and model wife, spends the summer in the remote Christian mountains. One day she has an accidental encounter with a Frenchman that opens Layla's eyes to her condition as a woman living in a patriarchal society.

In the south of France, in the heart of the Camargue, an ancient and little-known tradition takes place. In the region's arenas, young men dressed in white confront bulls in a dangerous and impressive face-off. Much more than a traditional sport, this fight without killing the bull offers many young people from North African immigrant backgrounds the chance to take their place in the arena and in French society. Among them are Jawad and Belka, two bullfighters at a crossroads. Following a major injury, Jawad is questioning his future in the sport. Belka, on the other hand, is following in his father's footsteps. He sees his passion as an opportunity to escape an uncertain future and realize his dream of becoming French champion. The film plunges us into the intimacy of these characters. Through their discreet words, they recount their reality as young French people of North African origin. Outside the arena, it's a fight against racism they must wage.

On August 15, 2021, Afghanistan descends into chaos. In one day, the completion of the withdrawal of Western forces precipitated the debacle of the regime in place: the army vanished, the leaders fled and the Taliban took Kabul without a fight. The great Central Asian country opens a new chapter in its tragic history, twenty years after the "war on terror" launched by George W. Bush in response to the attacks of September 11, 2001. The undisputed masters of 40 million trapped Afghans, the "students of religion" are back and are savoring their revenge by posing as the United States' victors. Their program will surprise no one: to restore the Islamic emirate and set up the "true" sharia, i.e. a perfect world, with divine commandments applied to the letter as in the time of the prophet.

When her mother died, Nanu, 15, and her father Taj, 40, left Nepal for the Corsican countryside to start a new life. Nanu isolates herself in their small house and refuses to go out. But one morning, Nanu hears strange noises coming from the nearby field.

Most importantly, Van Peebles splashed Black Power across the big screen in a way people had never seen before, depicting a heroic character who both defies "the man" and illustrates the oppression of Blacks, from slavery to the Watts riots.

Heather and Phil travel to the most haunted chateau in France to investigate terrifying stories of hostile ghosts linked to strange and savage murders. And, it becomes clear that the castle hosts more paranormal forces than they imagined.
